- I am passionate about bringing business experience and management tools to mission-driven organizations. He collaborates with his clients to deliver objective and impactful consultation and is best known for his ability to structure processes that deliver sustainable outcomes. This includes developing a team’s individual and collective capabilities while identifying leverage points to achieve desired objectives. I use facilitation and team building skills to guide his clients to value-added systems that compliment the mission of an organization. Human development and change efforts are instigated to improve the performance and effectiveness of an organization, so I focus on bringing out best in his clients.
